Over the course of 28 years a lot has changed with PBSI. We have expanded into new areas, and our marketing has been shifted towards the needs of our changing workplaces. The one thing that has not changed is the dedication of our staff, and our intense focus upon our clients, their needs, and our relationships.

Ralph Pallerino

Throughout his career of over 40 years, Ralph has held practically every position in the cleaning industry. His positions ranged from “Floor Man” to Vice President of a multi-million-dollar national corporation. He has taken and passed full day exams for both RBSM and CBSE certifications. Educated at Youngstown State University Ralph found a home in the contract cleaning industry. Ralph lives with his wife Susan in neighboring New Wilmington, PA.
Dale Johnston

Dale has been with PBSI for over twenty years. His attention to detail and excellent customer-relations skills make him a most valuable asset to PBSI. Educated at Ambassador University, involved in Track and Field, basketball, and counseling Dale brings with him the confidence and intuition to get the job done. Dale, his wife Diane, and daughter live in the Mercer area.

Tom has been with PBSI for four years. Tom attended Youngstown State University majoring in sales and marketing. Most of his sales career was spent working for Lipton where he led the company setting sales records routinely. Having a need to stay in the New Castle area he started New Castles premier florist shop “Special Arrangements”.
Joshua Pallerino

Joshua has always had a knack for business. Even through his high school years he was always involved in different jobs and business ventures. Joshua loves the challenge of providing a great all-around service. Raised in Neshannock Township, Joshua attended La Roche University to continue his baseball career. He then transitioned to Youngstown State University to pursue a degree in engineering. Joshua felt PBSI offered the opportunity to grow while pursuing personal goals. Under Dale Johnston’s tutelage Joshua has set, and maintains, a high bar while providing a “solid service” to all clients within his area.
Michelle Jones

A native of New Castle, Michelle, has always valued family, hard work, and community. She worked for over twenty years in the housekeeping department of the area’s largest nursing home. Here she gained extensive cleaning experience and a deep appreciation for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. For over ten years Michelle has been a part of PBSI. Starting in a cleaning role and growing into a part of our management team. Outside of work Michelle is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her two children and the two grandchildren, who bring joy and inspiration to her life.
Lisa Pisciuneri

Lisa brings with her a lifetime centered around customer service. Raised in Shenango Township, outside of New Castle, Lisa entered the workforce working with the area’s largest grocery retailer. She quickly rose through the ranks and became a manager and troubleshooter, working throughout the region. At that time Liberty Mutual had a corporate office in New Castle, Lisa became a customer service representative working with them. PBSI, recognizing her strengths, and relies heavily upon Lisa to coordinate customer needs with management and supervision.
