Over the course of 28 years a lot has changed with PBSI. We have expanded into new areas, and our marketing has been shifted towards the needs of our changing workplaces. The one thing that has not changed is the dedication of our staff, and our intense focus upon our clients, their needs, and our relationships.

Ralph Pallerino

Throughout his career of over 40 years, Ralph has held practically every position in the cleaning industry. His positions ranged from “Floor Man” to Vice President of a multi-million-dollar national corporation. He has taken and passed full day exams for both RBSM and CBSE certifications. Educated at Youngstown State University Ralph found a home in the contract cleaning industry. Ralph lives with his wife Susan in neighboring New Wilmington, PA.

Dale Johnston

Dale has been with PBSI for over twenty years. His attention to detail and excellent customer-relations skills make him a most valuable asset to PBSI. Educated at Ambassador University, involved in Track and Field, basketball, and counseling Dale brings with him the confidence and intuition to get the job done. Dale, his wife Diane, and daughter live in the Mercer area.

Tom Penwell

Tom has been with PBSI for four years. Tom attended Youngstown State University majoring in sales and marketing. Most of his sales career was spent working for Lipton where he led the company setting sales records routinely. Having a need to stay in the New Castle area he started New Castles premier florist shop “Special Arrangements”.
